Sam became the Franchisee of Turtle Tots Staffordshire in July 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the franchise swimming industry that dates back to 2016. She possesses extensive knowledge in teaching swimming, particularly in specialised baby and preschool lessons.
Upon launching Turtle Tots Staffordshire, Sam distinguished herself by being the only franchisee to start with over 100 swimmers, while most franchisees typically launch with around half that number. By March 2024, she had successfully more than doubled her customer base and was honored with the Elite Franchise 100, Franchisee Outstanding Achievement of the Year award for 2024.
This past year, Sam has embarked on an ambitious project to build her own swimming pool, aimed at fostering business growth, with plans for it to launch in September 2025. Additionally, her team has expanded significantly over the past two years, growing from a solo operation to a dedicated team of 10.
Sam is deeply committed to her community, organising Easter and Christmas events for her customers, as well as charity events to raise funds annually for her chosen charity.
