With 20 years’ experience across corporate, freelance, and franchise marketing, Katie took over activ in 2021 and transformed it from near liquidation to a thriving national network supporting 1,000+ entrepreneurs.
Under her leadership, activ launched innovations like the Accelerator Programme and a custom CRM system, and gained BFA accreditation—raising standards across the sector.
Katie is featured in The Times, WOMAN Magazine, The i Paper, writes for the BFA magazine, and chairs EWIF Wales. She’s also a sought-after speaker at events like the 2025 Franchise Show at London Excel.
